Happy New Year…May 2012 be a great year for all!
Webinar today: “Putting the Pieces Together: Primary Care and Behavioural Health Services in Permanent Supported Housing (PSH)”
Communities and policymakers in the US see the potential for permanent supportive housing to end chronic homelessness and improve the lives of those who have experienced it. To provide supports that are appropriate to each individual, PSH strategies coordinate services and funding from many sources. This webinar will present approaches to integrating PSH and health care, featuring model programs in the field and comments from national policy leaders. Speakers include: Graydon Andrus, Downtown Emergency Service Center, Seattle; Sam Tsemberis, Pathways to Housing, Vermont; Jennifer Ho, USICH; and Charlene LeFauve, SAMHSA.
The webinar will take place from 21h00-22h30 Brussels time! The HABITACT coordination team will register, so is happy to provide feedback to those interested and who cannot take part.
